June 16, 2010 Soccer Update

Obscure team sport played only in a few isolated regions of the world. Details are sketchy but the game is believed to involve kicking.

Alex decrees that it remains.

oh, what? I'm sorry, I fell asleep. While I was asleep though, I astral traveled back to my SAT days and came up with this amazing question.

regular soccer:rohypnol::round of 16:?

The answer is of course also rohypnol, because no matter how exciting soccer is, you still fall asleep within half an hour and wake up feeling violated.

Yeah, I just stole that. Way to make one of the funniest posts I have read in a while even better with the gem at the end.

It's pretty funny that I could totally dominate the world of soccer if only I could use my hands. A sport based on gimping yourself is inherently retarded.

I hate the 'tie' argument. Do you guys realize the NFL had a game end in a tie recently?

I don't understand how a baseball fanatic can call anything boring.

The NFL has had, what, two ties in the last like eight years? And you know what, neither of them came during the NFL's grandest stage

Well, there aren't ties in the round of 16, so no more ties.

Don't get me wrong guys, i used to hate soccer just as much as the next guy, but i lived with a guy who was a huge fan and i gave it a shot and now i think it is a great sport.

You actually have to give a shit about something to hate it. I don't hate soccer, I just don't care about it
